The modern chalet is located in an excellent position: in a dead-end street right in front of the sea with direct access to the sea. On the southern peak of Majorca you find Colonia Sant Jordi, that is still an insider tip for everybody who knows Majorca very well. Here is the beach of Es Trenc, which is widely regarded as being the most beautiful of the island. It has untouched sand dunes and a nature reserve next to it. The beach has very fine sand and it is just smoothly and slowly dropping into the sea and therefore is ideal for families with children. The water is crystal clear. On the other side of town there are also the fabulous beaches of Els Dols and Es Carbo, which are offering fabulous possibilities for a beach holiday. In the summer season you can participate in numerous sports activities in the village or on the beach. On the harbour you will find a nice promenade and various restaurants, cafes and shops. Palma Capital and the International airport are approx. 40 min drive away.

The house was constructed in 1987 with basement where you also find a boat garage. The modern villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with great palm trees and Mediterranean plants. From all rooms of the house and from the garden you have amazing views of the sea, the island Cabrera and stunning sunsets. Thanks to the large windows and the bright marble floor all the rooms are bright and friendly. The living area has some 393 m² on a plot of ca. 1.240 m². The beautiful nature beach Es Trenc is just one minute away.
