The house is part of a nice community in a pretty and quiet self-contained urbanization in Cala Egos. The beach as well as different shops are only a pleasant stroll away as well as the pictures marina of Cala Dor, "Cala Llonga" Cala d'Or is one of the most important tourist centers in the south east of the balearic island Mallorca. A large pedestrian area runs through the village, here you find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. During summertime a lively nightlife takes place in divers discotheques and clubs. Cala d'Or has lovely beaches which are located within and outside the village. A further highlight is the impressing Yacht Harbour of Cala d'Or, with its great number of moorings for yachts, sailing- and motorboats. The Club Nautico has just been finished with splendid services which combine gastronomy, shops for all nautical necessities and a spa. Cala d'Or also has an old part, which, despite of its proximity to the pedestrian area, is wonderfully calm and quiet. Here you can walk along the houses in Ibizencan style with well kept gardens full of lovely flourishing bushes, trees and palms.
